216 Ohiro Road Brooklyn, Wellington City

Right next to all that the bustling Brooklyn Village offers including of course the theatre, and bus stop. Yet tucked privately off the road and out of the public gaze. Enjoy breakfast on the morning deck, with views across the valley, and the magnificent Pohutukawa sheltering you from any breezes from the south.
Take a wine up to the romantic private top garden in the afternoon.
Formal dining could easily be used as a third bedroom.

I sold it to the lovely owners exactly 30 years ago so you can tell they have been happy with it!

Lots you can do to make this just as you want it, it is ideal for many types of buyers. Do come and see what you think.

Deadline sale: 1pm, 11 February 2021, will not be sold prior so you needn't rush (too much!)
