18 Trelissick Crescent Ngaio, Wellington City

Tucked away on a generous piece of land in a prime Ngaio location is this 1940's four-bedroom weatherboard gem.

On the market for the first time in forty-years, 18 Trelissick Crescent has the location and wonderful potential to modernise and add capital value.

Rimu weatherboards and native timber flooring, north facing for excellent sun, established fruit trees - apple, pear, lemon and grapefruit! - plus the 753sqm land area make this property ripe for a new family to enhance and enjoy.

Adding to the appeal is tandem garaging and workshop underneath, including a separate fourth-bedroom downstairs with its own access, living area and facilities.

The four decades this home has been owned by one family speaks volumes for the tightly-held location. Don't miss out on this 'once in decades' opportunity.

Tenders closing Thursday 11 March.
